This course will expose participants to the concepts and practices of industrial relations and organizational psychology in a changing socio-economic environment.  It offers a behavioural lens through which to examine, understand and shape the complex work organization.  The principal objective of this course is to provide participants with a combination of theoretical knowledge and professional competence that constitutes the field of industrial relations and organizational psychology.  This includes such areas as, organizational theory, selection and assessment, employee motivation, employment laws and trade unionism.
