This course will expose participants to the concepts and practices of organizational psychology in a changing socio-economic environment. It offers a behavioural lens through which to examine, understand and shape the complex work organization. The principal objective of this course is to provide participants with a combination of theoretical knowledge and professional competence that participants can apply in their organization. Topics include organizational theory, employee selection and assessment, employee motivation and occupational health.
