This programme aims to enhance the professional competences of persons involved in real estate sales. The programme comprises 114 hours of college level courses, for a total of seven credits. The programme seeks to promote and maintain a high standard of professional conduct and professional work among persons engaged in real estate and those seeking to enter this activity. The programme will be delivered in a modular format and participants will be tested throughout the programme.

The World Bank defines the Blue Economy as “the sustainable use of ocean resources for economic growth, improved livelihoods, and jobs while preserving the health of ocean ecosystems.” The established legal framework for the Blue Economy is the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), 1982. The course examines the regulatory regime for the oceans set forth in UNCLOS and the interlinkages between UNCLOS and the Blue Economy.
