This is the first module of a three module programme designed to equip workers in the hospitality sector with the skills and competencies necessary to function at a basic level and deal with simple situations which might occur in the work place on a daily basis. It is broken down into two units Greetings, Introductions and Basic Communication and Offering Primary Assistance and Giving Basic Information.
