This course is designed to explore the major upheavals in Europe during the first half of the twentieth (20th) century.
From a global perspective, this course will examine significant issues that dominated major changes in the world from the 1890s to the 1990s.
It will examine the causes and consequences of the First World War, the Russian Revolution, the rise of Fascism, the emergence of Nazi Germany and the coming of the Second World War.
