This course is designed to assist the student in understanding the concepts of pathophysiology and to apply this knowledge in caring for clients experiencing maladaptive states. This course is organized into seven units that explain various pathological processes that occur in the body. The content builds on knowledge gained in the study of Human Anatomy and Physiology.
