This course is designed to extract the practical applications from the theoretical modules and relate these to Community Health/Public Health Nursing Practice. It will enable students to integrate theory and practice, thereby facilitating narrowing of the theory-practice gap.
The focus of this course will be as follows: Human Life Span – Development, Adaptation and Change II, Adulthood and Aging, Epidemiology, Environmental Health, Disaster Management and Management for Community Health Nursing. In addition, students will be introduced to basic applications of computer technology.
