This course will expand on the themes of human resource management and provide an overview of the issues facing personnel and human resource specialist. It will cover topics of recruitment and selection, training and development, grading and grade drift as well as other broader issues connected with remuneration, equality opportunity, disciplinary matters and redundancy.
