This course introduces students to the key management concepts and their application in the practice of health services. It will develop students’ understanding of operational management including; predicting flows and costs, time series analysis, econometric metric models, problem solving, querying theories; evaluating performance systems and models for matching performance to population needs. It will also familiarize student with the techniques to identify priorities for change and managing change by design and implementing feasible change programme and provide a compressive overview manage care principle objectives types and models.
