The objectives to be achieved include providing additional opportunities for the participants to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skills while supporting organisational goals through a wide range of functions, such as: informing strategic decision-making, managing budgets, planning and implementing change, leading teams and managing projects.
The NVQ Management 4 will parallel the Warrant Officers' Training Programme.
