Officers in the rank of Lieutenant serving in
a unit or the Force HQ must be capable of reviewing and analyzing Financial
Reports and making budgeting decisions based on the information provided. Each
Officer should be able to explain the theoretical basis for cash management,
display a competence in the basic cash management and liquidity process,
interpret and analyze financial statements for sole traders.
