This is an intensive course designed to give the student confidence in communicating with Spanish- speaking guests in situations occurring mainly in the Hospitality Industry in a Caribbean setting and to develop fluency in the use of simple language required for giving information pertinent to a guest’s stay in the island. It develops speed, pronunciation, and intonation, and addresses aural comprehension of a limited range in the language commonly used by native speakers in common hotel situations and context.
