The Learning and Development Directorate’s Capacity Building for Middle Managers short training course complements the BIMAP Certificate in Management Studies programme. It provides middle level supervisors in the Public Service with knowledge key to understanding the legislative processes relating to performance management, grievance handling and the management of discipline.
Aim: To provide information on the legislative processes specific to the Public Service which are critical for effective leadership among middle managers and improved performance and accountability.
Duration: Participants will have four (4) weeks to complete the four modules comprising the course – one module per week.
