This course introduces students to the classification of living organisms and to the characteristics of the following kingdoms: Eubacteria, Archaebacteria, Protoctista, Fungi, Plantae, and Animalia. Diversity and evolutionary patterns among these organisms are also discussed. This course lays the groundwork for further studies in Biology.
