This course is designed to equip students with the skills to conduct legal research. Students will be familarised with the various sources of legal research including law reports, legislation, legal journals and digests. Students will be assisted to develop an understanding of the relevant legal materials which can be found and applied to legal issues arising from factual scenarios.
