This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the commencing of proceedings in civil actions. An extensive understanding of issues related to Pleadings the enforcement of judgments and general orders is provided. The drafting of Statements of Claims and other documents is also a focus of this course. Further students are made aware of how documents must be filed chronologically and within the legal time limits.
