This course provides students with a general understanding of the law relating to Contractual Agreements by examining the classification of contracts as well as their essential characteristics. It also explores the rules relating to the contents of contract and in particular terms and exclusion clauses. Further an examination of those factors which cause contracts to be vitiated is obtained. Issues such as mistake, misrepresentation and undue influence are highlighted. A main focus of this course relates to the discharge of contracts and the various remedies available for Breach of contracts.
