This course is designed to provide an introduction to project management. It will introduce students to project management knowledge areas and to the process groups. It also introduces students to some issues that help to determine why projects succeed or fail. It provides practical lessons in project management. Students will use the software Microsoft Project 2000 to experience a practical approach to Information Technology Project Management.
