This course forms the basis for all technical/mechanical drawing courses. It introduces students to lettering styles, numbering techniques, line types and other aspects of drawing basics. Some simple geometric concepts are also taught during this course. Students are also introduced to the concept of two and three dimensional drawings, namely orthographic and isometric drawings.
