FRNH 105 - French for Culinary Arts/ Food and Beverage II continues the language development for food and beverage service that was begun in FRNH 104. It seeks to assist the students in improving pronunciation and intonation as they communicate information on the range of popular Caribbean and international dishes and their preparation. Students are enabled to show sensitivity as they compare French cuisine and eating habits with those of Barbados and the Caribbean region. This second course also provides students with the French language they will need to offer solutions to common problems arising in restaurant service.
