This course provides a grounding in land law with its closely related issues and an exploration of cadastral surveying. It examines sources of land law, ownership, conveyancing, leases, tenancy, easement, and registered and unregistered land. The content in cadastral studies includes the historical development of the cadastre, registration of title, cadastral systems in the Caribbean, trespass and professional conduct.
