This course is designed to familiarize the learner with a working knowledge of the fundamentals of computer hardware, operating systems, and software installations. Participants will have the opportunity to practice and hone their skill on computers to assemble, diagnose and troubleshoot basic problems that fall within the responsibilities of an entry-level Information Technology professional.
