This course explores the patho-physiological rationale of drug therapy and problems associated with the use of drugs in disease states. It highlights the role of the pharmacist in therapeutics. Areas covered include the therapy of cardiovascular, neurological, hematological, metabolic, endocrine, respiratory, neurologic and ophthalmic conditions.
