Role of a Quantity Surveyor in a Construction Project

A quantity surveyor must keep three main objectives in mind when delivering his or her services. First of all, the quantity surveyor needs to find out how to get maximum quality work for the each dollar spent on the construction project. Secondly, the job of a quantity surveyor is to ensure that expenses are kept under tight control and thirdly, he or she must ensure that every segment of the project is capable of keeping expenses under check and in correct balance.

This course involves the technology surrounding radio and sound systems. It exposes the student to testing techniques and basic fault finding on home entertainment systems including CD players, audio amplifiers, radio receivers and audiotape recorders. It also embraces a practical approach to car audio installation.

This course is designed to give the student basic overview of records management terminology, concepts, and procedures to successfully manage records and information management and associated legality issues. It focuses on development of knowledge necessary to establish and successfully manage organization wide records.
