It further develops fluency in the use of simple language required for giving information concerning rates, conditions of stay, services and attractions of the hotel.
It continues to develop speed, pronunciation and intonation, and to address aural comprehension of a limited range in the language commonly used by native speakers in the context of the hospitality industry.

The philosophy, trends, issues and practice of curriculum development particularly in technical and applied education, will be the focus of this course. The course is also concerned with examining contemporary curricula designs and providing practical guidelines for developing quality technical and applied curricula.
